  • How long will this take?

  • Is Our Junk Car Removal Service Free?

    Yes, we accept vehicles in any condition! Whether it's a car, truck, SUV, van, bus, or farm equipment, we buy all makes, models, and conditions.   • Do I Have to Have a Title to Sell My Car?

    Not necessarily. If you have a junk car and don’t have the title, you can still sell it. We can handle vehicle removals even if you’ve lost the title or never received one in your name. However, we do need some form of documentation to proceed. This could include a 


    registration, a bill of sale, or another relevant document. Don’t forget to bring a New York State photo ID with you as well.

  • Is selling my car online secure?

    Absolutely. We’ve been buying junk cars online for years, and our system is designed with security in mind. Every sale includes a legal purchase agreement to confirm the transaction. The car’s ownership won’t transfer until the deal is complete, and you won’t release your vehicle until you’ve received payment.

  • What type of documentation will I need to provide?

    You’ll need different documentation at various stages of the process: when making an offer, after accepting it, and when we pick up your vehicle.


    1. Initial Submission: When filling out the vehicle submission form, please provide details such as your car’s year, make, model, trim, mileage, and general condition. Including your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) helps us give you the best offer. The VIN contains crucial information about your car, including its year, make, model, trim, and other features.
    2. After Accepting the Offer: Once you agree to the offer, we may request a signed photocopy or scan of your vehicle’s title to verify the owner’s name and address. You’ll also need to provide a scan or photocopy of your driver’s license to confirm that the name and signature match those on the title. For privacy, you may obscure your driver’s license number and date of birth—only the name and signature are necessary for verification. Please note that only a photocopy or scan of your title is needed at this stage; it cannot be used to transfer ownership.
    3. When We Pick Up Your Vehicle: For most cars, especially older ones, our network partner will verify the title and ownership before delivering payment and completing the sale. On pickup day, you must present the properly signed original title. Without this title, we cannot finalize the purchase of your car.
